Welcome to WRISTORIAN®. The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to WRISTORIAN. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide a curated shopping experience. WRISTORIAN is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website, products and services. Please read them carefully. They include important information about orders, payments, shipping, returns, disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the website or services.
Payment and Category Notes
Categories. WRISTORIAN offers vintage Patek Philippe and other select timepieces, together with any additional WRISTORIAN products, publications or services expressly made available through the website.
Bank wire over USD 2,500. Orders above USD 2,500 must be paid by bank wire transfer. Wire instructions are provided at order confirmation. Shipment occurs only after cleared funds. Bank fees are the client’s responsibility.
Card threshold. Cards may be accepted up to USD 2,500, subject to approval, verification and payment-processing availability.
Verification and fraud prevention. For high-value orders, we may request identity verification and reserve the right to cancel any order pending verification, payment confirmation or fraud review.
Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have authority to use this website and enter into transactions.
To use certain services, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information and shipping information. You represent that all information you provide is correct, current and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity associated with your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person.
Our Products
We aim to represent our products faithfully. However, color, scale, surface appearance and visual presentation can vary by device, lighting and display settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will be identical to on-screen depictions.
Descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We may discontinue products and may limit quantities offered to any person, region or jurisdiction.
Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. WRISTORIAN may accept or decline any order at our discretion. We must receive and process payment before acceptance. We will attempt to notify you of any changes or cancellations using the contact details provided with your order.
Order acceptance and availability. Many vintage listings are singular. Availability is not guaranteed until we expressly accept the order and payment clears. We may cancel or decline orders that cannot be fulfilled or verified.
Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. You represent that purchases are for personal or household use unless WRISTORIAN expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order, as reflected in your confirmation. Prices generally exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs and import charges unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases and to promptly update payment details and contact information when necessary.
Wire timing. For bank wire payments, please initiate payment within three business days of invoice. If funds are not received timely, we may cancel the order and release the timepiece or product. Currency conversion and bank fees are borne by the client.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, payment verification, weather events, governmental action or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipments are insured in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Clients must inspect each parcel promptly upon receipt and report any damage, missing contents or evidence of tampering within 48 hours of the delivery time recorded by the carrier.
Method and insurance. Shipments are dispatched via insured courier with adult signature required. Typical timelines are one to five business days within the United States and two to seven business days internationally, subject to customs and destination-specific conditions.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International recipients are responsible for any import duties, value-added taxes, goods and services taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by local authorities. WRISTORIAN declares accurate values and provides required documentation.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, video, audio and design elements on the website are owned by WRISTORIAN, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Use is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless authorized in writing. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Optional Tools
Third-party tools accessible through the website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Use is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third party’s terms.

WRISTORIAN is powered by Shopify to provide the website and commerce infrastructure. Sales and purchases are made directly with WRISTORIAN. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with WRISTORIAN, and you release Shopify from claims arising from such transactions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Privacy Policy
Personal information collected through the website is subject to our Privacy Policy and may also be processed by Shopify to operate and improve the services. By using the website, you acknowledge these privacy policies.
Feedback

Venue and jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You and WRISTORIAN consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
