Preparation and Dispatch
At WRISTORIAN®, every timepiece is prepared and dispatched with the same precision and respect that define our philosophy of connoisseurship. Each order is individually inspected, carefully packaged, and insured in full for its declared value prior to shipment.
Shipping Method
All domestic and international shipments are dispatched via insured FedEx courier. Complimentary shipping is provided on all orders. Each parcel is fully tracked and requires an adult signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days following cleared payment and verification. Bank wire transactions may require additional time for confirmation. Clients will receive a tracking number immediately upon dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times range from one to five business days within the United States, and two to seven business days internationally, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customs & Duties
International clients are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by their local authorities. WRISTORIAN ships all international orders with accurate declared values and accompanying documentation.
Loss or Damage in Transit
Every parcel is fully insured against loss or damage during transit. Clients should inspect the parcel promptly upon receipt and notify WRISTORIAN of any damage, missing contents, or evidence of tampering within 48 hours of the delivery time recorded by the carrier.
Delivery Address
Shipments are sent only to the verified billing or confirmed business address associated with the payment method. WRISTORIAN does not deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.
