Every WRISTORIAN timepiece is accompanied by a written warranty that reflects our commitment to longevity, precision, and transparency. Our warranty is not an abstraction of coverage—it is a reflection of the respect we hold for both mechanical integrity and client trust.

WRISTORIAN’s limited warranty applies to functional defects that may occur through normal, responsible use during the warranty period. Coverage includes movement failure and workmanship flaws in servicing or assembly. Each warranty is issued in writing at the time of transfer and is valid solely for the original client of record.

Vintage Patek Philippe timepieces: One-year limited mechanical warranty.
Créations Originales timepieces: Two-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized intervention, accidents, or exposure to extreme environments (moisture, magnetism, or shock). Cosmetic elements—such as dial patina, lume aging, or strap wear—are natural characteristics of ownership and are not covered under warranty.

Claims & Service Process

Should an issue arise within the warranty period, clients should contact our concierge at concierge@wristorian.com with their Certificate of Authenticity or Warranty Card number. We will coordinate insured return shipping and issue a full diagnostic report. Repairs, adjustments, or replacements will be completed exclusively through WRISTORIAN’s atelier or its authorized specialists.

Transparency & Documentation

Each service performed under warranty is documented with before-and-after photography and recorded in our internal archive to preserve provenance continuity. Clients receive an updated service attestation confirming the work completed and the renewed warranty term where applicable.
