Written Limited Warranty

Every WRISTORIAN timepiece is accompanied by a written warranty reflecting our commitment to precision, longevity, and transparency. Coverage is straightforward: functional defects arising from normal, responsible use. This includes movement failure and workmanship flaws in servicing or assembly. Each warranty is issued at transfer and applies only to the original client.

Vintage Patek Philippe timepieces: One-year limited mechanical warranty.

ΛVΛTΛS timepieces: Two-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized intervention, accidents, or extreme exposure (moisture, magnetism, shock). Cosmetic aging – dial patina, lume changes, strap wear – is not covered.

Claims & Service Process

Should an issue arise during the warranty period, contact concierg@wristorian.com . We will coordinate insured return shipping, provide a full diagnostic report, and complete any covered work through WRISTORIAN’S atelier or authorized specialists.

Transparency & Documentation

All warranty service is photographed, documented, and preserved in our archive. Clients receive an updated service attestation detailing work performed and any renewed warranty term.
