Our Service Philosophy

Our service philosophy emphasizes restraint and respect. We intervene only when necessary, prioritizing originality, mechanical integrity, and aesthetic preservation. All work is supervised by trusted specialists devoted to traditional standards.

Routine Maintenance and Intervals

Mechanical movements require periodic servicing every three to five years, or sooner if irregular behavior occurs. Quartz batteries should be replaced every two to three years, with gaskets inspected concurrently.

Handling and Storage

Avoid extreme temperatures, magnetic fields, and chemicals. Store timepieces in a dry, padded environment away from sunlight. Use a soft microfiber cloth for routine cleaning of case and crystal.

Bracelets, Straps, and Fittings

Each timepiece is fitted with a complementary strap or bracelet in leather, rubber, or metal. Sizing and adjustments are available upon request.

Service for Vintage Patek Philippe

Vintage Patek Philippe timepieces are serviced exclusively by Geneva-standard workshops. We avoid over-polishing or retouching. Replacement components are period-correct or archival reproductions, with full client disclosure.

ΛVΛTΛS timepieces are serviced by authorized workshops in accordance with contemporary specifications. All interventions emphasize precision, restraint, and documentation, with replacement components fitted to factory standards and fully recorded.
