Returns & Refunds

At WRISTORIAN®, every acquisition—whether a rare vintage Patek Philippe or a modern Créations Originales timepiece—is handled with the same precision, authenticity, and respect that define our philosophy of connoisseurship. Our return and refund policy reflects the nature of each category we curate and produce.

Vintage Timepieces

Every vintage timepiece offered by WRISTORIAN is guaranteed authentic. These pieces are singular objects of historical and artistic value rather than new retail goods.

Accordingly, all vintage timepiece sales are final once payment has been received and shipment has been dispatched.

WRISTORIAN will, however, review requests for refund or return under the following exceptional circumstances only:

• The timepiece received materially differs from the published description or imagery.
• The parcel is damaged or tampered with during transit.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and original packaging. WRISTORIAN will assess each case with discretion and integrity.

Non-Refundable Items

• Bank wire transfer fees, currency conversion costs, or third-party payment charges.
• Custom import duties, brokerage fees, or local taxes assessed by foreign authorities.
• Any restoration, customization, or service work performed at the client's request.

Return Shipping & Insurance

All authorized returns must be shipped via insured FedEx courier following WRISTORIAN's return instructions. Unauthorized or uninsured shipments cannot be accepted.
